Baddi principal murder case: court sends fourth accused to 7 day police remand

In the ongoing investigation in the Baddi pr incipal murder case, police have arrested the fourth accused Raju Singh (34), a resident of Machhiwara near Samrala in Punjab. The court has sent him to seven-day police custody. 

As per police, the accused has been brought along by the main conspirator Gurdev Singh and had attacked the principal with blunt weapons on his head.

The motive of the crime is still unclear and the invistigation is still going on.

The principal of a private school at Kharuni near Nalagarh in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh, was murdered at his residence in the wee hours of August 13.

The owner and principal of Shivalik Science School Bhagat Ram Saini, in his late 50s, died on the spot.

His wife, who suffered serious injuries in the attack, was rushed to a nearby hospital from where doctors referred her to Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh.

Their son was tied up and locked in a room.

Police have also obtained footage of a CCTV camera installed near the crime scene.
